A sector body anchored in GMC with three roles: co-designing the legal and regulatory recognition of for-benefit enterprise alongside GMC's institution-building; building sector capacity and funding access; and brokering market access, extending over time to a for-benefit certification mark. Domicile, governance and funding model are to be explored jointly with 4SG.
